HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WAIST: Belts designed to be worn under the belt, such as a work belt, should measure four inches (4 inches) above your regular pant size. The bottom waistband should measure two inches (2 inches) above the pant size. For example, if the pant size is 34 inches, the work belt size is 38 inches and the bottom belt size is 36 inches. If the belt will not be belted, order two inches (2 inches) up from your regular pant size.
